The Transportation and Capital Improvements Department is responsible for transportation planning, traffic engineering, the City's thoroughfare plan, pedestrian/bicycle/transit planning, capital project development, construction management, the City's Capital Improvement Plan, delivery of bond programs, real estate services, City facility maintenance (including custodial services), and City facility space planning and renovation.
