Restaurants are inspected routinely and without notice. Failed restaurants are reinspected after 10 days. Use this map to see recent health inspection scores.
Access the City of New Braunfels Online Permit Portal to apply for or renew a Food Establishment Permit.
Submit an online complaint regarding health-related issues at restaurants, bars, food trucks, hotel rooms, and other venues open to the public.

The classes will be held from 9:30 to 11:30 AM with doors opening at 9:00 AM. $15 per person. You can preregister here.
