The New Braunfels Police Department has made an arrest following reported incidents of Indecent Exposure that occurred on the morning of November 8, 2018. Those incidents included an unknown white male exposing himself to two students that were on their way to school, along with two adults in the same vicinity, in the area of Pahmeyer Road and West County Line Road.
Detectives with the New Braunfels Police Department immediately began an investigation and on November 9, 2018, were able to secure a search warrant for a home located in the 1700 block of Joy Spring, near where the incidents occurred. Additionally, investigators were also able to secure an arrest warrant for an occupant of that home.
With the assistance of the G.O.N.E. Unit (Gang Offender Narcotics Enforcement Unit), the search warrant and arrest warrant were served and 17-year old Seth Wade Dyal was taken into custody without incident. Dyal was then transported to the Comal County Jail and charged with Indecency with a Child, a 3rd-degree felony. Bond was set at $10,000 and, at the time of this release, he remains in custody.
