1. How do I report a street light outage?: Report street light outages by call New Braunfels Utilities at (830) 629-8400.
Those living south of County Line Road should report the outage to Guadalupe Valley Electric Cooperative at (800) 223-4832.
If you live in the areas to the west of the city out FM 306 you may need to contact Perdernales Electric Cooperative at (888) 883-3379.
