Zoning Module

The first installment of the LDO project: A rough draft of the zoning module is still available for public review, input, suggestions, etc. Public workshops  for in-person participation in further ordinance development were held on November 30 and December 1, 2022 (for more information please reference the Public Input tab at the top of this page).

Development Standards

The second installment of the LDO project has been prepared for public review, input, and suggestions. The module covers Development Standards, which regulate how development in the community should look through building design, parking, landscaping, lot layout, and other standards. Public workshops for in-person discussion of the draft will be held October 24 and 25, 2023 (for more details please reference the Public Input tab at the top of this page).

Everyone in the community is invited to review the assessment report, the draft zoning module and this new draft development standards module and provide input any time by emailing your thoughts to ldo@newbraunfels.gov.
