Joining a group exercise class is a great way to stay healthy with friends and make new ones. Rely on your colleagues for motivation and encourage those around you to give their best efforts at every class. Looking for high-intensity workouts, calming yoga classes, Zumba, or something else? Before each class begins, we have areas to wait outside of the classroom. Once everyone in the previous class has left you can enter. Please be mindful and courteous to other members so that everyone may have a chance to take a class.
