Membership Policy Update: Beginning January 1st, 2025, we will be updating our membership policy. These are the two new updates to our membership policy:

  • All account holders will be required to have a membership photo taken
  • Members who purchase a Day Pass will be required to set up an account at Guest Services

Memberships can only be purchased in-person at Das Rec and pricing varies based on age and residency.

Acceptable documents for proof of residency:

  • Valid driver’s license
  • Current NBU statement with photo ID
  • Other current utility statements with photo ID
  • Rental contract with photo ID

Family Day Pass (up to 4 people): $24

Single Adult Day Pass (ages 16+): $12

Senior or Child Day Pass (ages 60+ or 15 and under*): $10

Youth Day Pass Policy

Das Rec requires account setup for members ages 14-15. 

Youth Day Passes will be eligible for purchase if a parent/guardian has set up the child in the system. 

Parents will need to come in with their teen(s) under the age of 16 to register them in the system. 

*Please note that they do not need to start a membership, but they do need to be in our system.

Das Rec Corporate Membership benefits

  • Employees receive a 10% discount on individual or family membership fees.
  • Das Rec memberships are all-inclusive, giving employees access to the Fitness Floor, Gymnasium, Aquatic Facility Group Exercise classes, and Kinder Care childcare services.
  • Companies receive access to Lunch & Learn events to emphasize personal health traits.
  • Employees of companies located within the New Braunfels city limits will receive the “resident rate” for their membership, regardless of home address.
  • Companies located outside of the city limits will receive discount rates off the “non-resident rates”.
  • Companies receive a 50% discount on meeting room rentals. Subject to availability*.
  • Payroll deduction option for membership fees.

Company Requirements:

  • Must have 20+ employees
  • Must be able to process membership enrollment internally
  • Company point of contact (POC) for all changes in employment. Das Rec will verify employment every quarter.
