Starting June 7, Castell Avenue from Elliot Knox to San Antonio Street will be closed for milling asphalt, reshaping and paving. Work will begin at San Antonio Street and traffic flaggers will be present to maintain one lane of traffic. Work will be from 7 a.m. – 7 p.m. and is expected to continue through June 16.
