The City of New Braunfels Planning and Development Services lobby, located at New Braunfels City Hall, is temporarily closed for renovations. Despite that closure, Planning and Development Services employees are still available to assist customers at the front counter in the City Hall main lobby and by phone at 830-221-4041. Additionally, most of the services offered by the Planning and Development Services Department are available online at www.newbraunfels.gov/planning.
“We are looking forward to opening our newly renovated lobby, which will provide expanded services for those visiting the New Braunfels Planning and Development Services Department,” said Planning and Development Services Director Christopher Looney. “We appreciate everyone’s patience during the construction.”
The Planning and Development Services lobby will remain closed for renovations until approximately October 9th. Again, employees will continue to operate from the front counter in the City Hall main lobby, located at 550 Landa Street. Customers can also contact the Planning and Development Services Department by phone at 830-221-4041, and most services are available online at www.newbraunfels.gov/planning.
