Many City of New Braunfels facilities will be closed on Friday, November 10^th, 2023, in observance of the Veterans Day holiday. This includes: 

• City Hall
• Municipal Court
• The Public Library
• The Civic & Convention Center
• Parks & Recreation administrative offices
• The Fischer Park Nature Center
• Solid Waste and Recycling administrative offices
• The City Recycling Center
• The Westside Community Center

Please note: There is no change to residential and commercial garbage and recycling collection, with garbage, brush, and recycling collection remaining on their usual schedule. Additionally, there are no changes to the schedule for Das Rec or the Landa Park Golf Course at Comal Springs.

Traffic Notice: Main Plaza and the surrounding streets will be closed beginning at 7:00am for the City of New Braunfels Veterans Day Parade. Those street closures will remain in place for the duration of the event until approximately 11:30am. A ceremony will be held at 11am in front of the Veterans Monument in Prince Solms Park.
