Looking for a new job? Or ready to apply for that promotion? The City of New Braunfels Human Resources Department is hosting a series of free workshops designed to help residents interested in improving their career status. These free sessions will give residents a chance to work with the city’s professional Human Resources team on a variety of skills including resume building and job interview preparation. Here’s the schedule for the upcoming series of workshops:
Session 1: Refine Your Resume – Tues. Jan. 30th from 5pm-6pm
Session 2: Pre-Interview Prep & Mock Interviews – Tues. Feb. 6th from 5pm-6pm
Session 3: Interview Skills & Mock Interviews – Wed. Feb. 14th from 5pm-6pm
Session 4: After the Interview - Landing the Job! – Tues. Feb. 27th from 5pm-6pm
All of the workshop sessions will take place at New Braunfels City Hall, located at 550 Landa Street. Registration is required and spots are limited. Please note that some advance preparation is necessary, including bringing a copy of your current resume.
