Inflatable Amusement Ride in Park Permit
This permit must be completed if your rental will use any kind of inflatable device like moon bounces, bounce castles, or bounce houses. The device must be rented from an approved vendor and a receipt must be submitted with the permit request.

Outdoor Amplified Sound in Park Permit
This permit must be completed if your reservation will include a DJ, loudspeaker, or sound-amplifying equipment or any live music, which is only allowed with an approved permit in an approved park area. Personal radios, kept at a low volume, are allowed without a permit at all parks except Fischer Park.

Food Truck, Vendor, or Oversized Grill in Park Permit
This permit is required to use an oversized, trailer-based, barbecue grill, a catering or food truck , or a game truck at your park event. These trucks are only allowed with an approved permit in approved park areas.

Main Plaza Community Gathering Notification
This notification must be submitted if you or your organization is interested in hosting public/community gathering on the Main Plaza downtown.

Commercial Photography in Park Permit
This permit is required if you are a professional photographer or filming company requesting to use a public park for commercial purposes. The permit is not required for individual or single family photo shoots, but rather for a commercial operation that will have a daily impact on regular park use (multiple shoots, extensive props, etc.)

Ribbon Memorial in Park Permit
This permit must be submitted if you or your organization is interested in placing ribbons or other memorials within a city park, including Main Plaza.

Full Park Special Use Permit Package
The Special Use Permit Packet outlines the process to apply for special permits associated with activities conducted within the park system. The packet must be completed and submitted to the Parks Office at least 14 days in advance of the park rental.
