The total tax levy on properties in the City increased by 3.1%. The FY 2026 Proposed Property Tax Rate is lower than the no-new revenue rate by -0.1%. The operations & maintenance portion of the rate will effectively be raised by 3.6% and will increase taxes for a $100,000 home by approximately $7.54.
