Municipal Court Warrant Resolution Opportunity

Got a Warrant? The City of New Braunfels Municipal Court is offering a Warrant Resolution Opportunity. This opportunity allows individuals with outstanding municipal court warrants to appear before the Presiding Judge, address outstanding warrants, make arrangements to pay fines and fees, and resolve eligible cases, including possible dismissal when permitted by law.

Those with active warrants may appear on February 25 or March 25, 2026, from 4–6 p.m., either virtually or in person. To participate, you must contact the Municipal Court in advance to let staff know which date you plan to attend.

During these sessions, the Court will use a Safe Harbor Policy to help eligible participants resolve their warrant without arrest when visiting the Court. (Please note: Participation does not guarantee dismissal or prevent arrest in all situations. Outcomes depend on the law and individual case history.)
