On May 10, 2016, at approximately 11:50pm, four armed men entered the Timeless Ink tattoo parlor located in the 500 block of I-35 South in New Braunfels. Once inside, the men held three people at gunpoint (a 33-year old male employee, a 32-year old female employee, and a 45-year old customer). All three were physically assaulted by the masked men who forcibly took an undisclosed amount of cash from the store before fleeing the scene. The violent robbery sent two of the victims to Resolute Hospital in New Braunfels, one with minor injuries and one with serious but not life threatening injuries.
In the weeks since that crime, detectives from the New Braunfels Police Department have conducted an exhaustive investigation and, with the help of detectives from the San Antonio Police Department, have identified the five men believed to be responsible for the robbery, including the alleged driver. Arrest warrants for Aggravated Robbery were issued for those men and, with the help of the US Marshals Lone Star Fugitive Task Force, all five have now been taken into custody and each charged with one count of Aggravated Robbery (TPC 29.03):

This case remains under investigation and additional charges may be filed.
