Many City of New Braunfels facilities will be closed on Thursday, November 28^th, and Friday, November 29^th, 2024, in observance of the Thanksgiving holiday. This includes:

• City Hall
• Municipal Court
• The Public Library (Main Branch and Westside Branch & Community Center)
• The Civic & Convention Center
• Parks & Recreation administrative offices
• Landa Recreation Center
• The Fischer Park Nature Education Center
• Solid Waste and Recycling administrative offices
• The City Recycling Center

Please note: 

• All residential garbage and recycling collection normally scheduled for Thursday (Nov. 28) will be collected on Friday (Nov. 29).
• Both branches of the Public Library (Main Branch and Westside Branch) will have modified hours on Wednesday (Nov. 27^th) from 9am to 6pm. The Westside Community Center will also have modified hours on Wednesday (Nov. 27^th) from 8:30am to 6pm.
• Das Rec will have modified hours on Wednesday (Nov. 27^th) from 5am to 7pm, will be closed on Thursday (Nov. 28^th), and will have modified hours on Friday (Nov. 29^th) from 8am to 5pm.
• The Landa Park Golf Course at Comal Springs will be closed on Thursday (Nov. 28^th) and resume normal hours on Friday (Nov. 29^th).
